Frequent Questions
How Long Does It Take For Delivery?
We offer fast shipping on all our products, with estimated delivery times between 1 to 7 business days. Shipping times are based on your location and the availability of stock in our nearest warehouse.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you finalise your order. For Spain, the delivery time is 1 to 3 business days.
I Placed an Order but Didn’t Get an Email Confirmation
If you saw an “order complete” page with an order number, your order went through successfully.
You should get an email with your order details shortly after payment, within a few minutes. If it’s been more than 15 minutes, check your spam folder.
If you still can’t find the email, it’s possible the email address was misspelled. Please contact us, and we’ll help sort it out.
What is Your Return Policy?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
– Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
– Condition: The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn and unused.
– Tags and Packaging: It must include all original tags and be returned in its original packaging.
Can I Cancel My Order?
You can cancel your order if you notify us immediately, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Unfortunately, once an item has been dispatched and is in transit, you cannot cancel or modify your order. If you no longer want the item, please wait until it is delivered and then arrange to return it through our Returns Centre for a full refund.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
At Dogsyard, we do not offer direct exchanges due to logistics complexity and additional costs. However, we have a simple solution:
If you would like a different product, size, or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures you get the correct item as quickly as possible without any delays. The item must meet all conditions to be eligible for a return.
What Should I Do If the Courier Delivers a Damaged Package?
The first thing you should do is check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier’s delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), “PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED” if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected
What Do I Do If I Haven’t Received My Order?
If you haven’t received your order, here are the possible reasons and what you can do:
– Order Not Delivered Due to Our Error:
If your order was not delivered due to an error on our part, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please contact us at support@dogsyard.com, and we will investigate the issue and ensure a prompt resolution, including reshipping the order or providing a refund if necessary.
– Incorrect Address Provided:
If your order hasn’t arrived because the delivery address entered was incorrect, please verify the details in your order confirmation. Unfortunately, once an item has been dispatched, we cannot change the address. If the local postal service cannot deliver your package due to incorrect address details, we recommend using the tracking code provided and contacting them directly to resolve the issue. Please note that we are not responsible for failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information.
