At Dogsyard, we strive to offer fast and reliable shipping across Europe to ensure your furry friends get their products as soon as possible.
🚚 Delivery Times
We offer fast shipping on all our products, with estimated delivery times between 1 to 9 business days. Shipping times are based on your location and the availability of stock in our nearest warehouse.
Estimated delivery times will be displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout before you finalise your order.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following European countries:
- Spain (1 – 3 days)
- France
- Germany
- Italy
- Portugal
- And other EU countries
We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of the products and your location. You will be shown the total shipping cost during checkout.
Free Shipping: For orders over €50, we offer free standard shipping within Europe.
Dispatch Times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. If your order contains items available for immediate delivery and payment is completed before midday, it may even be shipped on the same day.
Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided in your order confirmation is correct. Once an item has been dispatched, the address cannot be changed. If your local postal service cannot deliver due to incorrect address details, we will do our best to assist, but it is advisable to use the tracking code provided and reach out to them directly to resolve any issues. We cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts due to address issues.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, once an item has been dispatched and is in transit, you cannot cancel or modify your order. If you no longer want the item, please wait until it is delivered and then arrange to return it through our Returns Centre for a full refund.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. You can also track your order on our website using your order number and email address.

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as carrier delays or busy holiday periods) may occasionally cause delays. If your order has not arrived within the estimated time frame, feel free to contact us at support@dogsyard.com, and we will be happy to assist.
